PRICE AND TERM
 
  • All prices are F.O.B. Pomona, CA and are subject to change without notice.
  • C.O.D. must be paid with cash or cashier check. Company check is accepted only upon verified credit.
  • REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS: 50% deposit to be paid up front, with the remaining 50% due immediately upon completion of order.
  • Returned check will incur a $42.00 handling fee per check.

OVERUNS, UNDERUNS AND LOSSES

  • Please allow 5% overun or underun, which will be billed accordingly.
  • Please allow 3% damage on customer supplied merchandise.
  • Any loss of customer supplied merchandise will be given credit in invoice. We will not be involved with the acquisition of replacement merchandise.

SHIPMENT AND DROP SHIPMENT

  • A $9.00 shipment handling charge will be applied on drop shipment.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION

  • No return will be accepted without prior written permission. Written request must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. No exceptions! All authorized returns will be subject to a 20% restock fee (from invoice total)
  • Written notification must be made to and received by us before order is processed.

DELIVERY

  • For new orders, 2 to 3 weeks upon approval of sample.
  • For repeat orders, 1 to 2 weeks.

MINIMUMS

  • The minimum quantity of each order is 48 pieces.
  • $59.00 set up fee will be added for quantity less than 48 pieces per order.
  • Quantity of 24 pieces or less is considered sample run of which price varies. Please call for price.
  • $25.00 per set of color change will be added if more than 3 sets of color per order (minimum 48 pcs. per set).

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • $0.34 per seam front cap.$0.42 per heat seal backing.
  • Water soluble top for special material embroidery will be $0.34 per unit.
  • Rush order will be charged 30% more per order.
  • With mylar thread, the first 2,000 stitches will be $0.50extra and $0.17 thereafter for each additional 2,000 stitches.
  • $0.84 will be added per color per unit (if more than 6 colors).

FREE SAMPLE WITH ORDER

  • All requested samples are subject to charge and must be paid for in advance, credit for which be applied to your ensuring order. Please call for the price of sample.

 
 
 
DIGITIZING TERMS
 
  • All new digitizing comes with one free swatch . Order with free digitizing are not eligible for free swatch.
    ($1.00 per 1,000 stitches for swatch sample)
  • free digitizing (Will be in house tape, difficult designs may not be eligible. Min 48 pcs.on our items only. No customer supplied goods for this offer). Call for more information.
  • All orders receiving  free digitizing (including repeat orders) will have a $15.00 processing fee, per logo.
  • All orders receiving  free digitizing : If canceled after digitizing will be subjected to a cancellation fee (Cancellation fees will be determined on a case by case bases).
